Allowed Mediums

Artwork may be submitted in any size, preferably A3 (29.7 cm × 42.0 cm). Traditional drawing and painting materials only.

  • • Max 10 MB
  • • Recommended 300 DPI
  • • Portrait or Landscape
  • • No text/logos on artwork
  • • A brief description of the artwork no longer than 100 words is allowed inside the artwork (optional)

Strictly Prohibited

  • • AI-generated or AI-manipulated artwork (any entry found using AI will be immediately disqualified)
  • • Artwork created digitally using drawing/painting software as the primary medium
  • • Digital artwork submitted as if it were traditional artwork
  • • Tracing or closely reproducing another person's artwork or copyrighted image
  • • Pre-printed images or commercially produced colouring pages as the main artwork
  • • Artwork created by another person, or collaborative artwork made by multiple people
  • • Filters or heavy digital editing that alter the artwork

When in doubt, create it yourself.

Content Restrictions

Entries must not include hate speech or discriminatory content, excessive violence or graphic imagery, explicit adult content, or highly sensitive/political themes. The organiser reserves the right to reject entries that violate these guidelines.

Online Submission Guidelines

  • • Take a clear photo or scan of the artwork
  • • Well-lit and clearly visible; free from shadows, glare or blur
  • • Captured straight and fully within the frame
  • • Avoid filters or heavy editing, and background distractions
