The International Modern Arts Consortium (I.M.A.C) is a pioneering international institution dedicated to discovering, recognising, guiding and preserving the creative achievements of children and young people aged 5–18.
Founded in Manhattan, New York, by Prof. Dr. Jeffery Yap, I.M.A.C was established on a fundamental belief: the potential of a child cannot be fully represented by academic grades, conventional examinations or a single definition of intelligence.
A child's ability may be revealed through visual expression, performance, literature, scientific exploration, technological invention or an original idea capable of contributing to humanity. I.M.A.C exists to ensure that these abilities are not overlooked, isolated within one competition or forgotten after one moment of recognition.
Through an international framework connecting Arts, Performing Arts, Science & Innovation, and Literature, I.M.A.C is building a structured record of young human potential—one that recognises achievement, supports development and preserves every child's creative legacy.
Our Institutional Purpose
I.M.A.C advances a broader understanding of modern arts. Modern arts are not limited to painting, music or performance—they represent the intelligent application of imagination across creative, cultural, scientific, literary and technological disciplines.
I.M.A.C refers to this capacity as modern artistic intelligence: the ability to combine creativity, discipline, knowledge, technology and human values to produce original and meaningful contributions.
I.M.A.C is therefore more than an organiser of competitions, exhibitions or performances. It is an institution developing the identities, ranking systems, developmental intelligence and international pathways required to preserve the creative legacy of the world's children.

Arts
Visual and creative expression through drawing, painting, design, digital art, photography, sculpture, crafts and emerging artistic media.
Performing Arts
Human expression through music, dance, theatre, cultural performance, public speaking, storytelling and multidisciplinary presentation.
Science & Innovation
Creative intelligence demonstrated through research, experimentation, invention, technology, problem-solving and ideas designed to advance society.
Literature
Creative and intellectual expression through writing, poetry, essays, authorship, scripts, storytelling and other literary forms.
Together, these four fields recognise that creativity exists wherever imagination, knowledge and human purpose are transformed into meaningful contribution.

Global Rankings for Excellent Artistic Talents
Established in Manhattan, New York, in 2024 by the International Modern Arts Consortium, GREAT™ is an international ranking and legacy system created specifically for children and young people aged 5–18. GREAT moves beyond the conventional competition model in which recognition ends after winners are announced—it creates a progressive international record through which verified participation, development and distinction can be documented over time.
GREAT Ranking Points
These points are designed to create a continuing record of recognised progress. They do not determine a child's personal worth, intelligence or future potential. A GREAT ranking represents documented achievement within the system—it enables each young person's journey to be recognised progressively rather than judged through one isolated performance.
The Meaning of MOXART
A person who embodies modern artistic intelligence through the integration of creativity, discipline, technology and human values across art, science and innovation.
A Moxart is not defined by one discipline, one award or one result. A Moxart thinks across boundaries, applies imagination with purpose and uses knowledge responsibly to create meaningful value.
adjective: Relating to the mindset, values or practices of a Moxart—creative, ethical, disciplined and interdisciplinary.
noun: A person who belongs to or identifies with the MOXART philosophy.
The MOXART philosophy represents a generation of children prepared not merely to participate in the future, but to shape it responsibly.
MOXART ID
A Lifelong Creative Identity for the Children of the World
MOXART ID is a lifelong creative identity created for children aged 5–18. It brings together each child's verified participation, accomplishments, GREAT Ranking Points and developmental journey within one recognised international profile.
A trophy records a victory. A certificate records an event. MOXART ID is designed to preserve the continuing story behind both.
MOXART ID is not merely an identification number. It is an evolving record of who the child is becoming.

MOXART ID is powered by Human Guidance Intelligence (HGI™)—a developmental form of intelligence created to understand and guide human potential without replacing human judgement.
Conventional artificial intelligence primarily processes information, detects patterns and generates outputs. Our Institutional Commitment
I.M.A.C believes that one of humanity's greatest losses is not the absence of talent, but talent that was never discovered, never guided or eventually forgotten. Our commitment is to build the international systems necessary to prevent that loss.
Under the founding vision of Prof. Dr. Jeffery Yap, and through the institutional participation of the World Art Bureau, World Talent Council and UNICON, I.M.A.C is establishing a new legacy architecture for children—one that brings recognition, development, guidance and preservation into a single continuing journey.
